What if we have Microsoft 365 services already?

It's not a problem. As part of the initial consultation, we will gain an understanding of your current configuration and the services you use. We will then incorporate the migration of your service to a new instance which is robust and secure.

Why create a new instance of Microsoft 365?

Our Microsoft 365 security service includes configuring over 1,000 settings across multiple policies. It would not be cost-effective or logical to implement our secure approach to your instance of Microsoft 365.

How long does the migration take?

Migration times vary and depend on a lot of factors. These may include the number of employees, amount of data, your current configuration, where your data is located and much more. We will prepare a migration plan to suit you as part of our Microsoft 365 security service.

What Microsoft 365 products does the service include?

We provide and secure standard Microsoft 365 products. Which include Word for documents, Excel for spreadsheets, PowerPoint for presentations, Outlook for emails, and Teams for communication. And if required, we can also provide use of Project and Visio.

What about printing and additional software?

We can provide a company portal that will allow you to install printer software and additional software such as Adobe, allowing your staff to download and install what they need when they need it.

What about the desktop background?

We can provide a corporate desktop background which will be identified during the initial consultancy. This will include the support desk's contact number and email address.

Do I need new hardware?

In some instances, Windows 10 requires new hardware, but generally, we can upgrade hard drives and memory as required. New hardware is needed if you use features such as Windows Hello because this requires another camera. We will advise during the initial consultation.

Is there any restriction on business size?

No, we understand that a business may turnover £2m and employ just three staff. Your organisation's size doesn't matter, and there are no limitations. We also understand that an individual who starts with one employee may have fifty within six months. But you do need to choose the right cyber safety approach depending on where you are in the business growth cycle.

How much does this cost?

At Bespoke Support Solutions, we understand that every organisation has different needs and approaches. For this reason, we will provide an anticipated ROM cost after the initial consultancy to ensure the service is right for you and your business.

Who checks to ensure you are right and the service is as good as you say?

Each Microsoft 365 service is reviewed independently by a third party.
They provide a report we share with you to ensure transparency at all times.

Are Cyber Essentials included within the service?

We provide Cyber Essentials certification as part of the service. However, if your business wishes to conduct and continue to undertake cyber essentials separately, we understand and can accommodate.

What about staff who use their own devices (BYOD)?

BYOD allows staff and employees to use their own devices to undertake work. We can accommodate this requirement and will identify any risks and potential contractual implications.

Is there any training included??

As part of the initial consultancy and the migration plan, we will identify staff capabilities and provide training on the basic utilisation of Windows 10 and Microsoft 365 applications. We can provide additional training if required above this, priced separately.
